The home

Casa San José 50 is a spacious, bright house in Arrecife, next to Puerto Naos avenue and San José Castle. With 150 m² and room for four people, it is a comfortable choice for anyone who needs to settle in Lanzarote’s capital for a while, for work or any other reason.

Duration
Stays from 1 to 11 months under a fixed-term tenancy agreement.
Reason for Stay
The agreement specifies the temporary reason for the stay (work, studies, medical treatment, etc.), which must be supported by relevant documentation.
Security Deposit
One month's rent, payable in advance upon signing the agreement. The deposit is lodged in accordance with current regulations and refunded at the end of the tenancy, following an inspection of the property.
Agency Fee
A one-off fee equivalent to one month's rent, payable upon signing the agreement.
Payment
Upon signing: first month's rent, security deposit and agency fee. Subsequent rent payments are made monthly in advance by bank transfer.
Utilities
Water, electricity and internet are included, subject to reasonable usage. Any excess consumption will be charged at the end of the stay.
Cleaning
The property is provided clean. End-of-tenancy cleaning is included; additional cleaning services during the stay are available on request.
Documentation
National ID card (DNI), foreign resident ID (NIE) or passport for all occupants, together with supporting documentation confirming the reason for the stay.
House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets are subject to approval, depending on the property.
